Welcome to the 26th International Conference on Horizons in Hydrogen Bond Research in Hamburg, 15th - 19th of September 2025
VENUE
The HBond 2025 conference will be held on the Campus Hamburg Bahrenfeld at DESY in the main lecture hall, located in building 1.
DESY´s Main Gate is located at Notkestraße 85, which is also close to the DESY guest house. Public transportation is within walking distance from the main entrance (bus line 1, bus stop "Zum Hünengrab, DESY").
Alternatively, DESY has a side access gate located on Luruper Chaussee. The side entrance is open for motorists from Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 19:00, and closed on weekends. It is accessible to pedestrians and cyclists at all times. After 19:00, pedestrians and cyclists will need to ring the bell next to the gate and state their destination to the porter via the intercom.
• From Hamburg Airport, take the S1 subway to Ottensen station, then take the bus No.2 towards Schenefeld, Aneken or Achterdiek. The bus stop is called "Luruper Chaussee (DESY)".
• From Hamburg Central Station (Hamburg Hauptbahnhof), take the S2 or S5 subway to Holstenstraße station, then take the bus 3 or X3 towards Schenefeld, and stop at Luruper Chaussee (DESY).
