Important information about the abstract submission
The call for abstracts is also open. You can submit your abstract via this Indico link after logging in:
https://indico.desy.de/event/49171/abstracts/
To submit an abstract, you must log in to the Indico system using your institutional credentials or through GitHub, Google, or ORCID. You will find these options under Helmholtz ID when prompted to log in. A step-by-step guide on how to log in the Indico website can be found here. If you experience any problems during the submission process, please do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail.
If you wish to contribute a talk, please indicate your interest in the abstract submission form. Deadline for abstract submission is June 15. We will inform you if your abstract was selected as a contributed talk after July 15. A contributed talk will be scheduled for 15 minutes + 5-min discussion.
If you will be presenting a poster, please ensure that it is printed in A0 format and portrait orientation to fit the display board.

- Deadline for registration at early-bird fee: August 1, 2025
- Deadline for registration at regular fee: August 15, 2025
